Paul David Butler

BUTLER, Paul David, 81, a resident of Alexander City, AL, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm from Prattville Memorial Chapel with Pastor John Schmidt officiating. Burial will follow at Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial directing. He was in the U.S. Army at Korea and worked as a M.P. Dog Handler. Mr. Butler was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Martha Butler; wife, Anna Beth Butler; brothers, Roger Dale Butler and Charles Raymond Butler. He is survived by his daughter, Alisha Dawkins; four grandchildren, Breanna McNatt (Christopher), Alexis Dotson (Andrew), McKinsey Rigdon and David Bryce Rigdon; five great-grandchildren, Ansley McNatt, Anna Grace McNatt, Addysen McNatt, Brantley Ellis and Cooper Dotson; four sisters, Ruby Morgan (Wayne), Sylvia Chavers (Roger), Sandra Fuller (Ellis) and Christina Moore; special friend, Skippy Jones; extended family and friends. Pallbearers will be Ellis Fuller, Thomas Fuller, Chris Fuller, Christopher Morgan, Chris McNatt, Andrew Dotson, Bryce Rigdon and Tyler Brooks.
