I grew up a few houses down from the Carrelli's. Paul & I would walk to school and back together. We would joke about how I'd push him into snow banks. I was a bit mean but I had a little kid crush on him. Lol. We stayed in touch from time to time as we both grew up but haven't talked in a while recently.
Chris & family; I am so sorry for your loss of a good man. He is with Christ now and in good hands.
Love & prayers to all of you.
Carrie

Mr. and Mrs. Carrelli and Family, I am not sure if you'll remember me but I was a close friend of Paul's. We met forever ago when we worked at Fidelity Investments, but lost touch for years. We reconnected in 2017, and I'm forever grateful that we did. I spent a few evenings in your home, where I witnessed the strongest family bond I think I've ever witnessed. He loved you all so very much, we spoke of family and how important family is to both of us. That's why I moved out of state a couple years ago, but he was always in my thoughts. To say Paul was kind and generous would be an understatement. I just wish we hadn't lost touch after I moved. A mutual friend let me know that he passed and I was in shock! I can't even imagine how hurt and heartbroken you all must be. I am just as blessed to have met you all as well. Words escape me as I'm trying to find the right words to say to express just how sorry and heartbroken I am as well to hear this awful news. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I'll raise a glass of green apple Crown Royal in his memory and in your honor. Thank you for welcoming me into your home all those years ago. Paul will forever be in my heart. I am so very sorry for your horrific loss.
Love,
Sarah Vaughan
