Paul Douglas Ferguson, age 69, went home to be with the Lord on September 29, 2025.
Paul was a Knoxville native who attended Rule High School. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Wyatt and Mary Ferguson; brothers, Gary, J.W., Billy, and Harry; and sisters, Joyce and Imogene. He is survived by his devoted wife of 44 years, Susan Swaggerty Ferguson; four loving children, Chrissi Ferguson McMillan (Rick), Sarah Ferguson Evans (Kipper), Rebecca Ferguson, and Jeremy Ferguson; grandsons, Kip and Knox Evans; and sister, Felma Fine, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Paul loved fishing, family gatherings, and reading his Bible. His strong faith in the Lord carried him through to the end.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
