He was preceded in death by his father, Paul T. Gobea Sr.; two brothers, John Martin and Baby Paul Gobea; all of his grandparents, aunts, uncles and best friends.
Paul is survived by his mother, Viola (Jesus) Gobea Saenz; son, Pablito (Ivette) Maestas Gobea; grandson D'Angelo Gobea; sister, Lisa Marie(Vincente Ruiz) Gobea; God daughter/niece Victoria Ruiz; 2 nephews Julian (Kiara) Ruiz and Nicholas Ruiz; great grand niece Rosalie Ruiz; uncle, Alberto (Gloria) Gorea of Fort worth, TX; aunt Rosie (Juan) Gobea Rico of Lubbock, TX; aunt Olga Gobea of Ennis, TX. Lots of cousings, friends and his aunt Jamie Cortez of Colorado, Springs, CO. And all his brothas from anotha mother.
Paul's family moved to Colorado Springs from Pleasant Valley Amarillo, Tx in 1987. He attended Monterey Elementary School, Carmel Middle School and Harrison high School in District 2. He was a VIP member of The Pikes Peak Park Playa's Club. Paul "ORBOR" loved to dance, play disc golf but most of all spending time with his friends and family. He was always the light of the party whenever he showed up. Always ready for a good time. He will be greatly missed by many.
