Paul was born on April 19, 1970 to Paul T. Gobea and Viola Flores in Lubbock, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Paul T. Gobea Sr.; brothers, John Martin and Baby Paul Gobea; both sets of grandparents, numerous aunts and uncles.
Paul is survived by his mother, Viola Flores of Colorado Springs, CO; son, Pablito (Ivette) Maestas Gobea of Colorado Springs, Co; step-father, Jesus Saenz of Colorado Springs, Co; sister, Lisa (Vincente Ruiz) Gobea of Colorado Springs, CO; step-brother, Raymond (Alice) Torrez of Waco, TX; God daughter/Niece Victoria; uncle, Alberto (Gloria) Gobea of Fort worth, TX; aunt Rosie (Juan) Gobea Rico of Lubbock, TX; aunt Olga Gobea of Ennis, TX; nephews Julian and Nicholas; great niece, Rosalie and numerous other nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family.
Paul was a member of the Pikes Peak Park Players Club. He was an Alum of the School of Hard Knocks, Colorado Springs, Class of 1997. He enjoyed disc golf and dancing. He loved all types of music. Was a socialite who loved the Dallas Cowboys and the Denver Broncos. Above all he loved his family and friends.
