Paul Patrick Fontenot Jr.

Paul "Patrick" Fontenot Jr. Best known by so many as Sabine D Riva, 37 passed away December 24, 2023.
He was born February 28, 1986, in Lake Charles, LA to Paul Patrick Fontenot Sr. and the late Sheila Marie Beaugh Fontenot.
Born and raised here in Southwest Louisiana, he loved and lived its culture, became a voice of the people, savored its food and took pride in his labor of love to which all were invited but most importantly abided by his family. Nothing got in his way when it came to caring for and being present in his children's lives, in his eyes, his greatest accomplishment. He loved spending as much time as possible with them, rather at the beach or going to burnout bridge to crab or simply taking a moment to pass on a piece of himself.
His versatility proving multifaceted as a contractor and carpenter during the day and a gifted musical artist always. His music truly an outlet to not only himself but for others who found appreciation in the soul of it regardless of preference and genre.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sheila Marie Beaugh Fontenot; grandfather, John Buddy Ryder; grandmothers, Rita Fontenot & Mary Beaugh Lebert and Aunt Mary Ceasar Fontenot.
As are so many, he leaves behind left to cherish his memory, his beloved wife Heather Lynnette Fry Fontenot; children, Kaimen Fontenot, Madison Cupit, Kaydence Fontenot, Kambree Fontenot, Khloe Fontenot, Khy'el Fontenot, Braxton Fry, and one on the way; father, Paul Patrick Fontenot Sr; brothers, Christopher Collins, Jonathan Fontenot, Troy Touchet, Jason Fontenot and Dedrick Strawder, sister, Destiny Deutz and husband Clinton; two nieces; Annali and Cerenity.
