Paul Anthony Frano

Paul Anthony Frano passed away on June 19 in Henderson, NV. He was born in Braintree, MA, in 1932. Paul was predeceased by his wife Hilda (Pagliuca). He is survived by daughter Barbara Pastorello of San Francisco, CA, and daughter and son-in-law Janet and Christopher Passehl of Essex, CT. A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Paul enjoyed a long career in engineering. Music, however, was his passion. An accomplished accordionist, as a young man he played in orchestras at private events and gatherings. In retirement he taught music theory at Adult Ed. Paul moved to Connecticut in 1967, living in Windsor Locks and then West Hartford. Eventually, he moved to Henderson, Nevada. Paul was a terrific dancer and spent many happy retirement hours on the dance floor. He was a volunteer at St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Siena Campus in Henderson. He had a great sense of humor and delighted in creating laughter.

Paul leaves behind his cherished friends Bud and Silvia, Lily, Tsurue, Emma, and Germaine, all of whom remained loyal and caring to the end. Our family would like to express our deepest gratitude to the staff at Sunrise of Henderson and CompassionCare Hospice.
