Paul Hiner Obituary
Survived by his wife, Michelle Caldwell Hiner, one son, Andrew and Sammie Hiner of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Haley and Andrew Francis of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Andrea Adams of Salyersville, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Andie Hiner, Isaac Hiner, Lane Francis, and Grady Paul Francis.
Paul was a devoted Pastor of the Elk Creek Freewill Baptist Church. He loved serving the Lord, his family and thought of Sammie and Andrew as his very own.
Memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 P.M. Thursday, January 15, 2026 from the Elk Creek Freewill Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions made to the memorial fund at the Magoffin County Funeral Home.

Kelly and I are heartbroken to hear about you passing away. I've always enjoyed our friendship doing the haunted holler with you and the church was a lot of fun. I am glad that you were the one to baptize me. You will be missed. R.I.P.
