Paul Michael Jacobs III, age 45, passed away on December 16, 2025, after a life defined by service, family, and strength.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Paul was the son of Paul Michael Jacobs Jr. and Tina Marie Jacobs. From an early age, he carried a deep sense of responsibility and loyalty that shaped every aspect of his life. A devoted father and loyal family member, Paul was known for his lifelong dedication to the Cleveland Browns, his commitment to the people he loved, and his sharp sense of humor. He was unmistakably himself and respected for the strength of his character.
Paul proudly served in the Army National Guard, including service during Operation Iraqi Freedom, achieving the rank of Sergeant. His military service reflected his discipline, leadership, and willingness to put others before himself—qualities he carried with pride throughout his life.
Beyond his service, Paul had a deep love for music and movies, passions that brought him joy and connection to those around him. Whether sharing a favorite song, quoting a movie, or making others laugh, Paul had a way of making moments brighter.
Paul is survived by his parents, Paul Michael Jacobs Jr. and Tina Marie Jacobs; his siblings, Mike Jacobs and Nedine Rowe; his grandmother, Sue Rzucidlo; his children, Ashe, Cheyenne, Alec, and Paul Michael Jacobs IV, who are his legacy in life; and his beloved granddaughter, Murphy Jacobs, who brought him great joy and pride.
A memorial service will be held at Sunnycrest Church in Reidsville, North Carolina, on Saturday, December 20th from 11:00 a.m.-1 p.m. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate Paul’s life, legacy, and the love he leaves behind.
