Paul B. Linden

Paul B. Linden, age 82, of Belleville passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at his home. He was born on May 28, 1941 at Madison General Hospital the son of Clarence and Delta (Storkson) Linden. Paul graduated from Belleville High School in 1960 and then entered into the United States Air Force. On October 4, 1961 he was united in marriage to Geraldine Heinzman at St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church in Belleville. Paul would serve in the Air Force for 20 years retiring in 1980 as a Sr. Master Sergeant. Following his Air Force service Paul worked at the University of Wisconsin School of Business in Madison and was a program director at the Fluno Center. In retirement Paul would visit thrift shops and antique stores to collect glassware and find furniture to refinish. He also enjoyed social time with friends at J&M's.
Paul is survived by his wife Geraldine, children Julie (Mike) Fizgerald, Diane Linden, and John (Theresa Kazda) Linden, eight grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. He is further survived by a sister Rosemary Ziehli, nieces, nephews, and faithful canine companion Lucy.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents.
A gathering of relatives and friends will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday, January 12, 2024 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI.
Military Honors will be accorded at 12:00 noon and followed by a time of remembrance at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home in Belleville on Friday, January 12, 2024.
A Celebration of Paul's life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2024 at J&M Bar, 127 W. Main St., Belleville, WI.
