Paul Maiorana

Dear Benesa,

I grew up in Franklin, graduated in 1969, and was Paul's bass player in the 3rd Estate when the lineup was Paul, Peter McCarthy, Kevin Dubois, with Domenic "Grumpy" Padula and Barbie Fregeau as vocalists (her brother Donny played guitar in the Merits, a very good local band). He was also my roomate for a while (we rented a house with Bob Ogilvee in Medway) when he was at Berklee.

I once owned an old Deagan 510 vibraharp I bought for $50 and sold it to Paul because he needed a second percussion instrument to play at Berklee. I lost touch with him but have many good memories of our time rehearsing and playing in that band.
