Paul Conrad McCormick, 75, passed away Monday February 16, 2026 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. He was born in New Albany to the late Mary Rita and Dr. Paul B. McCormick. He was an Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam War, and he was a Sales Representative in the Building Supply business for many years. He was a member of the VFW Hobart Beach Post, the American Legion Bonnie Sloan Post, the 40 & 8 Voiture and Paul loved to fish. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant brother: David McCormick, his nephew: Patrick McCormick and his Aunt: Ruth Broecker.

Paul is survived by his siblings: Chris McCormick, Marc McCormick and his wife Nancy, Brian McCormick, Bruce McCormick and Mary Ruth Lyskowinski and her husband Steve, his nieces and nephews: Kelly McCormick, Conrad and Sydney McCormick, Marc McCormick Jr. and his wife Grace, and Amy McCormick, and his good friends: Jim Dexter and Tony Dodge.

A Celebration of Paul's life will be held at 1 PM Monday February 23, 2026 at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes(1119 E. Market St.) with burial and military honors at St. Mary's Cemetery in New Albany. Visitation will be from 10 AM – 1 PM Monday before the service.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Kidney Association.
