Paul R. Novak

Paul R. Novak of Bridgewater, passed away on December 5, 2025.

Paul was born and raised in South Boston, He was the son of the late Evelyn "Jean" Novak (Fuller) and Robert Novak. Paul was an avid Boston sports fan, the Patriots and Red Sox being his favorite. He was a man of many skills and was often found putting around fixing something or working on a project. He was a "Master of all trades." He enjoyed bowling and fishing, spending many hours on the water trying to catch a bite. Paul's main passion in life was his family and spending time with those he loved. He will be remembered for his funny wit and his generosity. He will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.

Beloved husband of 26 years to Anne Novak (Wusteney) of Bridgewater. Loving father of Paul Novak Jr. of Illinois, Paula Baines and her husband Ron of Maine, Clint Novak of South Boston, Robert Novak and his wife Kristen of New Hampshire, Paul Novak and his wife Thelma of Dorchester, Michael Novak of Boston, Lisa Novak of Lynn, and Mark Sullivan and his wife Gloria of Columbia, South America. Cherished Grandpa of 20 grandchildren including Michael Sullivan of Bridgewater who were best buddies. Caring brother of Annette McGuire and her husband Bob of New Hampshire, and Dolores Tremblay and her husband Ray of Norton. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. Paul also had a long time friend John Quirk and his wife Aida.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday, December 15, 2025 from 10 AM – 12 PM (Noon) at Chapman Funerals and Cremation, 98 Bedford St., BRIDGEWATER. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 12 PM (Noon). Burial to follow at St. Thomas Cemetery, Bridgewater.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Paul may be made to The American Heart Association, to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
