Paul D. Scheuerman

Paul D. Scheuerman, 88, died December 27, 2023, at his home in Otis, Kansas. He was born May 13, 1935, in Great Bend, Kansas, the son of Benjamin F. and Dena (Hergert) Scheuerman. Paul graduated from Bazine High School in 1953 and then attended Fort Hays State College. He was drafted in 1956 and served in the United States Army as a Sergeant E-5.
After his honorable discharge from the military, he moved to Wichita where he completed technical school and worked for KANS – Radio station. Paul was gifted when it came to fixing any kind of appliance and so upon moving to Great Bend he began a long career at Andy's TV & Appliance of Great Bend where he worked for 38 years, finally retiring in 2005. Paul was a member of the former Otis United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his nephew; Kent Wolfe and wife Sonya of Hutchinson, and great nephew, Dakota Wolfe. Preceding him in death are his parents, a sister, Orva Wolfe, and a brother, Gail Benjamin Scheuerman.
Per Paul's wishes cremation has taken place and a private family inurnment will be held at Otis Methodist Cemetery.
