Paul B. Streng

Paul was assistant chief of Howell fire department when I joined in 1981. He taught me pointers on fire service. Great person, he will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Cindy and the family.

I first met Paul in 1984 when he worked in MSU in Agricultural Engineering Department. We did not have a fire related class in our Building Construction Program, so he started one which then became our codes class. Paul had a wealth of knowledge which he gladly shared with our students and fellow faculty over many years!

He was a very dedicated leader in his community and at MSU

For a number of years we conducted a MSU Study Abroad program in Italy. There are lots of memories of Paul and students there!
