Of Lancaster, at age 69. Beloved companion and life partner of Marcia Torgerson; loving son of the late Harold and Dolores (nee Yaeger) Wiepert; devoted step-father of Dawn (Jason) Miller and Christopher (Janelle) Torgerson; cherished "Pappie" of Nicolette Scere, Alexander Miller and Gianna Miller; adored "Poppie" of Jackson and Adalynn; dear brother of Thomas (late Mary Jo) Wiepert, Kathleen Lanning, James (Mary) Wiepert, Mary (Phil) Holdner and the late Janet Wiepert and Peter Wiepert; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 13th from 4-7 PM at the Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 3645 Genesee St., where services will be held 11 AM Saturday, June 14th. Friends invited. Paul and I played a lot of golf . Had a few beers and a million laughs. Sometimes playing 30 holes in a day. With the 19th hole being his favorite. I will never forget the great times on the course.

You will be so missed, Paul. You knew how to turn clouds into sunshine the way you treated people. One of my best memories was when I was going through a rough time and you had a box delivered to my work and when I opened it I burst out laughing. It was filled with hard candy, gum and sunglasses. You could bring smiles and happiness when you were near. Thanks for being you. Oh, P.S. thank you for being a great partner to Marcia.
