Ms. Paula Brown Kelly, 65 of Ellaville, passed away at her residence on July 17, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Way-Watson Funeral Home in Ellaville on Monday, August 1, 2022 with Rev. Joel Smith officiating. Burial will follow in County Line United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will greet friends at Way-Watson Funeral Home on Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
Ms. Kelly was born August 17, 1956 in Americus, GA to Charles W. Brown and Katie Cain Brown. She attended Ellaville Baptist Church. Ms. Kelly was a true animal lover and enjoyed taking care of all animals. She enjoyed knitting, making cakes and watching anything on TV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Kelly, a brother, Charles Robert Brown, a granddaughter, Lara Bullard and a great-granddaughter.
Survivors include her sons, Shane Bullard and his wife, April of Ellaville and Jonathan Cowan and his wife, Jessica of Norfolk, VA; a daughter, Bethany Rupe and her husband, Danny of Tampa, FL; nine grandchildren, Charlotte Cowan, Danielle Cowan, Destiny Bullard (Jordan Breese), Brandon Bullard, Shelbie Everidge (Gabe Nerger), Breanna Bullard, Dakota Bullard, Katie Bullard, Megan Fulford, Roxy Rupe and Remy Rupe; and a great-grandchild, Ryliee; and three uncles, Charlie Cain, Homer Cain and Lee Johnson.
