Paula Jane Sukernick, 72, of Westborough, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the UMass/Memorial Healthcare-University Hospital. She was the wife of Frank J. Sukernick.

Paula was employed with the Wachusett Regional School District as a school teacher and a reading specialist.
Paula was the most caring and loving mother, wife, sister, and friend. She loved her family more than anything, including her two cats Lily and Bunky, and her three grand-kitties, Lucy, Daisy, and Tika. She always made sure to have the most up to date fashion, and would shop regularly with her one and only daughter, Melissa. Paula was always a shoulder to lean on and a great listener. She could talk for hours on the phone and always wanted to hear about what was going on in her family and friends’ lives.
Paula had a very special bond with her husband, Frank. She loved him to the moon and back and they did everything together. She enjoyed traveling, going to the beach, camping, puzzles, and shopping.
In addition to her husband, Frank, she is survived by one daughter, Melissa L. Sukernick of Marlborough, one brother, Peter Tokarz and his wife, Donna, of Worcester and two sisters, Theresa “Terry” Tokarz of Atkinson, NH and Judy Misiaszek and her husband, Todd of Plaistow, NH.
