Donna E. Judge, 68, of Shrewsbury, MA passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, August 1, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Mary A. (Donoghue) Judge of Westborough.

Donna graduated from Westborough High School in 1974 and continued her education at the University of Massachusetts (UMASS) Amherst, graduating in 1978. After graduation she spent several years working in San Francisco then returned to the Metrowest area to work at Data General in its early years. She continued her career working in customer relations and data analysis at technology companies, most recently Salary.com, until her recent retirement. Donna enjoyed traveling, especially to Paris and Ireland and national parks in Arizona, Utah and California. She was also very fond of visiting Cape Cod and exploring the many walking trails and points of interest across Massachusetts. She reveled in the simple pleasure of sitting under a tree reading with Bill, her partner, at her side and frequently beating him at WORDLE.

During her freshman year at UMASS Donna was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer and received intensive radiation therapy as treatment. Although her cancer was successfully treated, the effects of the radiation were profound over her lifetime and very challenging. Her fortitude, sense of humor and warm smile were often in play as she navigated her way through difficult times. Her signature gesture as she communicated with those taking care of her was a thumbs up with a nod and a smile. She had a great deal of respect for the health care staff who cared for her along the way and she was very proud of living 50 years as a cancer survivor.

Donna leaves her beloved and loving partner in life, William Falk, with whom she shared 24 years. She is also survived by a sister, Rose Judge and her husband, Richard Twomey of Holliston and two brothers, Robert Judge and his wife, Carole of Westborough and William Judge and his wife, Laura Tryon Jennings of Marshfield.

Donna was a generous and kind aunt to her nieces and nephews, Jameson Twomey, Michael Judge, Kristy (Keith) Isenberg, Miles Twomey and Kelly Judge. She was also an honorary aunt to Christopher Abislaiman, Jon Abislaiman, William Jennings, Thomas Jennings and Anne Jennings. She also leaves a number of loving cousins, including Brian Judge and Patti Consani

and close friends, Josie Kaufmann and Guy Cummings. She was predeceased by her parents and her niece Juliet Judge Twomey.

Relatives and Friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours at the Chiampa Funeral Home, 5 Church Road, on the Common, Shrewsbury Center, on Sunday, August 10th, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm.
