Paula (Peterfeso) Wynnyckyj of Albuquerque, NM passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025. She was born on April 27, 1946 in St. Paul, MN to Fred and Ann Peterfeso, both of whom preceded her in death along with her oldest sister, Barbara Anderson of Hudson, WI.
Paula graduated from Our Lady of Peace High School, St. Paul, MN in 1964; Marian University, Indianapolis, Indiana in 1968; and Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management with an MSOD degree in 1982. Paula loved and pursued education, ideas, the arts, cross country skiing, tennis and volunteering. She was mom to three pets, Amber, Holly, and Greta. Paula loved to host dinner parties with great friends and family, great food, and great conversations that guests would savor for weeks after. She had hoped to get “old and wise and a little better each day.” She loved her family, her partner John, her friends, and her dogs.
She is survived by her sister, Mary Jane Grausnick, and her brother Al Peterfeso and his wife, Dana, along with two nieces and three nephews and their families.
