Paulina Tavares Obituary
Paulina was born on Friday, April 11, 1952, in Guanajuato, Mexico the daughter of Jose Cruz Munoz and Herminia Tavares. She married Felipe Munoz on November 25, 1967. Felipe preceded her in death on January 22, 1999. Paulina later married Efrain Zamora.
Paulina was a homemaker her entire life. She loved cooking and taking care of her family.
Paulina is survived by her husband, Efrain Zamora; mother, Herminia Munoz; children, Maria Estela Munoz, Narcizo Munoz, Jose Luis Munoz, Adela Munoz, Lorena Munoz, Nestor Munoz, Antonio Munoz, Lucia Munoz, Socorro Munoz, and Isabel Munoz; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; seventeen siblings; along with numerous other relatives. She was preceded in death her husband, Felipe Munoz; father, Jose Cruz Munoz; and two sons.
Visitation is 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral mass of christian burial at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 2222 Shopiere Road, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511 with Fr. Bart Timmerman officiating. Committal at Eastlawn Cemetery in Beloit will follow the mass. Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home, 424 Prospect Street, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511 is assiting the family.
