Ms. Pauline Webb

Pauline Francess Webb was born in Osceola, Missouri, August 28, 1937, to Nettie Taylor and Leslie Hall.
Due to Segregation still in the 1940s and 1950s, she and her mother were forced to move from Osceola, during the school years, to the Elementary schools in Knobnoster, Mo., and Appleton City, MO. In 1955, she moved to Kansas City Missouri, and joined the work force.
Her only daughter, Princess Adams was born in Kansas City, Mo. Pauline married Larry Webb in 1960, and they moved to Los Angeles, CA. Her two sons, Travis D. Webb, (deceased in 1984) and George C. Webb were born while they lived in Los Angeles.
Pauline and her family moved back to Kansas City, Mo. In 1968. She was employed at Robinson Memorial Hospital, and the University of Health Sciences Hospital, from the early '70s, to the late '80s.
Pauline was employed at Mid-America Arts Alliance from 1988 to 2004, retiring in 2004, due to health reasons. In 2005, Pauline returned to work part-time at YourTel America, until 2010.
Pauline became a member, and was baptized at Parkway Baptist Church, by Reverend Kevin Conway in 1990. In 2005, she moved her membership to the Greater Bethel MB Church, Victor L. Lee, Pastor.
Pauline was a member of the Blue Hills Neighborhood Association since the early 70s and remained active member in different capacities.
Pauline is preceded in death by her mother, father, grand-parents, great-grand mother, Elizabeth Younger, son, Travis D. Webb, and a sister, Judy Stevenson, and brother, Bennie Hall.
She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Princess Adams, son George Webb, her caregiver Antuan Webb, 13 grandchildren Sheena, Michelle, Antuan, Nicole, Kiku, Kimi, Tiki, Teon, George, Chrissy, TyVelle, Sammie, Victor., and 17 great-grand-children, Uncle John Freeman of Texas, her sisters in Detroit, MI., nieces, nephews, cousins, her Greater Bethel MB Church family, Jenny Tritt, past co-workers from M-AAA, all of her cherished friends, her companion kitty, Shadow. Pauline loved her family and friends dearly.
Funeral services will be held on Sat, July 6, 2024, 12 noon at Greater Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation 10am- 12pm at the church. Interment XII Gates Memorial Gardens. Services conducted by Lawrence A. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapel. Condolence may be shared on our website.
