Pearl Elizabeth Castile (née Huggins), aged 90, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2024, in Palm Coast, Florida. Born on December 3, 1933, in New Jersey, Pearl was a cherished figure in her community and among her extensive family. Pearl dedicated many years of her life to the Internal Revenue Service in Philadelphia, balancing her professional responsibilities with her role as the CEO of her household. Her commitment to her career was paralleled only by her devotion to her family. Known for her love of country music, Pearl could often be found dancing and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Her warm presence and nurturing spirit were evident in her role as a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Bert Castile of Florida; her children, Charles Biggs (Arlene) of Pennsylvania, Neil Biggs of New Jersey, Pearl Stoescu (Justin) of Florida, Lonie Byrnes (Terrence) of Maine, Cecelia Maggio (Russel) of Florida, and Hayes Biggs ( Douglas Boudreau) of Pennsylvania. Pearl was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. Pearl was preceded in death by her children; Corrine, Pearl, Adrian Neil, Charles II, and Wyatt Biggs. Grand daughter Jennifer and great - grandson Carter. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Allen Summerhill in Orange City, Florida, is assisting the family with arrangements. Pearl's memory will be cherished by all who knew her as they continue to honor her legacy by embodying the love and kindness she shared with them.
