Pearl Jasinski Obituary
ALBANY - Pearl M. Jasinski, 96, entered into eternal life Saturday, December 13, 2025 at home with her son and daughter in law at her side. Born in Depew, New York to the late Francis and Peligia Mendrysa.
Pearl grew up in Albany and graduated from the Academy of the Holy Names. Pearl then went on to work for Fenster Brother's Insurance. In 1964 she went to work along side her husband at Stanley Paper Company.
Pearl was a lifetime member of the City Club of Albany, serving as Treasurer on the Executive Board. She was a communicant and member of the Rosary Society of the former church of St. Casimir, then Blessed Sacrament Church. Pearl went on to reside later in life at the Glen Eddy in 2015, before moving on to Woodlawn Commons in 2020, till recently going home with her son and daughter-in-law.
Pearl is survived by her son, Matthew S. Jasinski II; and his wife, Kelly; her sister-in-law, Joyce Mendrysa; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pearl was predeceased by her husband, Matthew S. Jasinski; her brothers, Edwin, Richard (Violet) and Francis Mendrysa.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Blessed Sacrament Church, 607 Central Ave. (Rev. John Bradley Way), Albany, N.Y. 12206, at 10:30 a.m., where her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
The Rite of Committal will be held in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie, N.Y., immediately following the Mass.

Sincere condolences to you and your family for the loss of your mom. From what I understand, you lost your dad fairly recently recently as well. I am not sure if we have crossed paths since we each graduated from CBA 44 years ago but I remember you as a smart, easy going, really good guy who I´m sure went on to be very successful at wherever life path you you took. I´m also sure you were a very good son who brought your parents much happiness and pride in the person you are.
