Funeral services for Mrs. Pearline Ray will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2025, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Pastor Pam Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery near Medina. Visitation with the family will be held prior from 11 a.m. until service time.
Mrs. Ray, 91, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was born in Rogersville, AL to the late Clyde and Goldie (Ballentine) Corum.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Allen Corum, Viola Jones, Earline Lindsey.
She is survived by her children, Judy Brown and husband Allen, Susan Sumners and husband Steve, Jimmy Mullins and wife Teri; grandchildren, Kristi Brown, Meagan Rollins, Syndi Sumners-Mannon, Patrick Mullins, Ashley Mullins, Grace Stanford.
Those honoring her as pallbearers will be: Kristi Brown, Meagan Rollins, Syndi Sumners-Mannon, Steve Sumners, Wayne Usery, Sam Rollins; honorary pallbearer, Allen Brown.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
