Mrs. Peggy S. Bullard, age 77, of 224 Leaman Avenue, Whitmire, widow of John L. Bullard, passed away, Thursday, November 27, 2025 at her home.
Mrs. Bullard was born December 9, 1947, in Whitmire, a daughter of the late Earl Prince and Helen Sinclair Prince. She was a graduate of Whitmire High School and retired from the SC Department of Motor Vehicles, having worked in the Union, Newberry, and Laurens Offices. Mrs. Bullard was of the Methodist Faith.
Surviving are a daughter, Melinda B. Gambrell of Whitmire; a son, John J. Bullard of the home; two grandchildren, Garrett Gambrell (Jasmine) and Cheyenne Gambrell (McKensie); three great-grandchildren, Carter Grace Gambrell, Levi McWatters, and Kenleigh McWatters; a brother, Robert V. Sinclair of Whitmire; a step sister, Margaret McCullough of Newberry; and her fur baby, Rocky; and several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a grandson, Mark Wesley Grambrell.
Memorial services will be scheduled by the family for a later date.
