Peggy Lee Morris went to be with the Lord on April 21, 2025, at her home in Spiro, Oklahoma, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born February 19, 1963, to Sonny Garner and Bessie (Boyer) Sisco, in Mountain View, Missouri.
She was united in marriage on May 3, 2007, to Vince Morris. She was a big Denver Broncos fan. She loved fishing, listening to music, watching hummingbirds, and spending time with her family.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Vince Morris of Spiro, OK; her sons, Jason Boyer and girlfriend Melissa of Willow Springs, MO, and Jeffrey (Cassie) Barton of Spiro, OK, and son Andrew Morris; and daughter, Beth "Brandy" Barton of Granite City, IL. She is further survived by her brothers, Rick (Tina) Garner of Birch Tree, MO and Randy Sisco of Mountain View, MO; sister, Kim (Jeff) of Boliver, MO; 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Sonny Garner and Bessie Sisco; brothers, Evan Garner and David Sisco; and her son, James Morris.
She will be missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 28, 2025, at Yarber Mortuary, Birch Tree, Missouri. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 2-3:00 p.m., also at the funeral home. Interment will be in Oak Forest Cemetery, Birch Tree, Missouri.
