Peggy Oughton Obituary
She was born September 11, 1934, in Clarksburg, WV. Daughter of the late Andrew and Susie Kahar Edwards.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Oughton, two brothers Jerry Edwards of Florida, David Edwards of Follansbee, WV, a sister Barb Duvall of Maryland.
Surviving is two daughters Susan (Gordon) McCloud of Wellsburg, WV, Nancy Oughton of Morgantown, WV and a son Thomas (Julie) Oughton of Wellsburg, WV, three grandchildren Richard Wilson (Kate), Jennifer Wilson Stewart (Douglas) and Megan Oughton, four great grandchildren Pearson and Piper Stewart, Bronwyn and Scarlett Buss also survive.
Peggy graduated from Follansbee High School in 1952, worked at C&P Telephone Co. and Fishers Big Wheel. She loved to quilt, bowl and play bingo.
Per Peggys wishes a cremation will take place, a grave side service will be at a late date. Arrangements by Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV.
