Geraldine R. Cross

Geraldine R. Woods Cross, 91 formerly of Follansbee, WV, passed away November 22, 2025, at Peterson Rehabilitation Center, Wheeling, WV. Geraldine was born June 21, 1934, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Floyd and Ida Hyett Woods.
Geraldine had her nose stuck in everything, and was an active volunteer for too many groups and organizations to list.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by her Husband Howard E. Cross, one son Joel Cross, two brothers Floyd Woods, and Melvin Dickenson. She is survived by her son Jeffrey Cross and Lisa of Martins Ferry, OH, one daughter Celesta "Carol" Hartley of Colliers, WV, one stepsister Mary Lynn, several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 28, 2025, from 11am until the time of service at 1pm at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles Street, Wellsburg, WV 26070, with Elder Jeffrey Cross officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
