Peggy J. Ridgway

March 17, 1957 - June 20, 2025

Bridesburg - Philadelphia

Peggy J. Ridgway (nee Twist), daughter of the late James Twist and Jean Twist (Sprance) passed away peacefully on Friday June 20, 2025 at the age of 68. Peggy is the beloved mother of Frank Ridgway (Angie) and Sean Ridgway (Lyndsay). She will be deeply missed by her granddaughters Teresa "Tess" and Annie Ridgway. Peggy now joins her granddaughter Elizabeth in Heaven. Peggy is the sister of Ruthann (Bob) Bartlomiejusz, Jimmy (Leroy) Twist, Richard (Bernadette) Twist and the late Michael Twist and Lorraine Dolson. Peggy is loved and will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Peggy was born in Philadelphia and spent most of her life in Bridesburg. Everyone who has met Peggy will tell you that to know Peggy was to love her. Despite the many challenges she faced along the way, she always found happiness in all that she did. Peggy was known for her heart of gold and unwavering kindness, always putting others before herself. Peggy's greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather to remember Peggy on Friday, June 27, 2025 beginning at 9am at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St., Phila., PA 19137. (Parking on premises ). Services will begin at 10:30am. Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Cinnaminson, NJ.
