Peggy Lee Stelter Born 12-11-1947 at Langlade County Hospital Antigo WI
Peggy was 77 years old and passed into her Heavenly home with her Savior on November 26th, 2025, at the Aspirus Wausau Hospice House in Wausau, Wi.
She worked at Gus & Ann's Restaurant in Wittenberg for over 30 years as a waitress meeting many people, she still called her friends. She was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and an Election officer in Wittenberg for many years.
Peggy loved her family unconditionally. She is remembered by her Brother Dennis Stelter, and two Sisters Mary (Bill) Fandrey & Linda (Jerry) Spaude. Nephew Bill (Jes) Fandrey, Great Nephew Griffin. Niece April Fandrey, Great Niece Bella. Nephew Matthew Fandrey (Ashley), Great Nephew's Cameron, Jesse, & Jameson. Nephew Mike and Niece Amanda Stelter.
Niece Jennifer Brennan (Craig), Great Nephew Marcus. Lifelong friend Susie Adams.
She was preceded in death by her parents Homer & Beatrice Stelter; Brother Gerald Stelter; and Sister Barb Stelter.
The family would like to extend a grateful thank you to the wonderful care given by the staff at the Aspirus Hospice House (especially Ashley Schilling).
There will be a celebration of life at 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the Wittenberg Community Center. There will be a private memorial service at Hillcrest Cemetery in Norrie, WI at a later date.
