Penelope Lynn "Penny" Decker

My heart is broken. I watched Penny grow up and she babysat my daughter. She was a wonderful person.

Penny will be truly missed. No more pain no more struggles. I believe she is now in a better place.

We met thru our friend and I knew you were a special person right away. You were always nice to everyone you met and had a great laugh. You fought your battles with grace and dignity and so very very brave. Life might not have been fair to you but you always kept moving forward. Every Christmas I will remember you as my friend who became the angel. We will miss you Penny. Sending love and prayers to your family and friends.
