Penny S. Wolfe, 69, of Strattanville, died Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Clarion Hospital following an illness.

Born on February 22, 1956 in Clarion, she was the daughter of the late James and Wilma Sollinger Wolfe.

She was a high school graduate and of Methodist faith.

Her pastimes included photography and camping.

Her survivors include her sons, Joe (Dorie) Pranevich and Dennis (Nickia) Pranevich; her grandchildren, Abram, Mason, Emma and Kayden; her brothers, John (Kathy) Wolfe; her sister, Kim (Brian) Grossman and Tina (Eric) Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald J. Wolfe.

Her family will receive friends on Sunday, February 8, 2026 from 1-2PM at Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville, PA.

A funeral service will follow at 2PM at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Vandervort Cemetery, Clover TWP, Jefferson County.

I will never forget fishing with Penny. She loved to go fishing and be outside. I will miss you Penny.

Caring Heart Companions Inc. took care of Penny for almost five years. The aides all loved Penny. Penny always treated anyone like family. Penny will be greatly missed.
