Survived by his wife Linda Wallen Howard, two sons, Brian David (Drema Joyce) Hickman, and Jeremiah Howard both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Matthew Howard of Paintsville, Kentucky, three sisters, Elaine Howard of Louisa, Kentucky, Sheri Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, Marisa Brown of Jackson, Kentucky, two grandchildren, Landon Jeremy Howard, and Abbie Jean Howard.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, September 12, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Mark Russell officiating. Burial will follow in the Pricey Cemetery at Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
