Perry Dewberry

I served with Perry in the 190th MP Company in the early to late 90s. He always had a smile on his face and would make you laugh until you cried. RIP Dew

I had the pleasure of meeting Dewberry during the Gulf War in 1990. I was a member of the 649th MP company from California, while he served with the 190th MP company from Georgia. We consistently enjoyed each other's company, and he had a remarkable ability to make everyone laugh. Dewberry always offered kind words or valuable advice. In fact, Dewberry, Walker, and Davis persuaded me to relocate to Georgia, and I have resided here ever since. Thank you, Perry Dewberry.

Sgt Dewberry was my roommate in Saudi Arabia, RIP Sgt.

Served with Dewberry in the Army. He could make you laugh until your stomach hurt. Will always miss the BBQs we used to to at summer camp. RIP Dew.

I served with SSG Dewberry in Iraq. He always had a smile on his face and was a great person. Hugs and prayers for his family.

I served in the 190th Military Police Company with Perry for many years. He was one of the kindest, most dependable people I have ever met. He loved the Army and being an MP. His laugh was infectious and you could always count on him to tell a great story. He will be truly missed. My deepest condolences go to his family and know that there is a hole in our legacy with his passing.
