I served in the 190th Military Police Company with Perry for many years. He was one of the kindest, most dependable people I have ever met. He loved the Army and being an MP. His laugh was infectious and you could always count on him to tell a great story. He will be truly missed. My deepest condolences go to his family and know that there is a hole in our legacy with his passing.
