So grateful that I had the joy and blessings of Peter's friendship from n our Cornell days. SHALOM INTO FOREVER.

Peter was mydear Cornell friend. He taught me to see sailing as metaphor for living and I'll always be grateful for his friendship.

Dear Sam:
I'm so sorry to hear the loss of your beloved father. He sounds like he was a magnificent man who left behind quite the legacy. They warm memories and soul you during this difficult time.

I worked with peter on his boat as a ship hand when I needed a guardian angel he appeared just at the right time! I was having a difficult patch in life and I was young and no idea what I was doing in life. The short five months I was with him he taught me so much. All Life lessons I´ll never forget and all the stories he would tell. He was a such a kind, funny caring gentleman. I wish I had spent much longer with him to soak up his wealth of knowledge. He will be sadly missed.
Peter I hope your up there sailing the horizon with misty and all the people who´s gone before you and hopefully one day we will meet again above and beyond some where!

I will never forget the last time Roberta and Peter and I got together in Fernandina and I surprised them by bringing along my Sweet Adeline quartet Sapphire, who sang a few songs for them on Valentine´s Day. Peter loved music with all his heart. I will miss him.

Peter stands alone as a giant in my memory forever - for his deep friendship, boundless compassion and awesome generosity of spirit! He is now resting with the angels!
