Peter's family will receive family and friends on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Heald Funeral Home, 87 South Main Street, St. Albans.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th, at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Rock, 1091 Fairfax Road, St. Albans.
