Peter J. Bremmer, 75, of Muscoda died on Monday, October 6, 2025 at his home. He was born on July 6, 1950 in Richland Center the son of Albert and Renora (Zajicek) Bremmer. Pete graduated from Muscoda High School in 1968. He was a logger and later became a tree buyer. On June 25, 2005, he was united in marriage to Cindy Lawver Laufenberg. Pete loved being outside, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He went hunting elk out west and ice fishing in northern Minnesota and North Dakota with his family.
Pete is survived by his wife Cindy of Muscoda;
Four Children: Tami Bremmer of Highland,
Rebecca Bremmer of Muscoda,
Charity (Kristian) Platten of Eastman,
Christian (Matthew Farrell) Bremmer of Muscoda;
Step-children: Cory (Isabel) Laufenberg of Cornwall, NY,
Jena Laufenberg of Forest Park, IL,
Kyla (Adam) Harlan of Richland Center;
Grandchildren: Levi, Kyra (Ben), Paul, Micah, Callie, Megan (Billy), Haley (Wyatt), Parker, Chase, Taylor, Kynzie, Sage, Arden, Wren, Aurelia, Sierra, Kade, Laynee, Mila, Jude;
Great-grandchildren: Henry and Colter;
Brothers: Galen Bremmer of Avoca,
Thomas (Linda) Bremmer of Waunakee,
William Bremmer of Blue River;
Sister Josephine Mahieu of Mineral Point;
Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Renora, and sister Margaret Paulus.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at St. John's Gym from 9:00 AM until the time of mass at 11:00 AM. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
