Peter Crockett, 63, of Uniontown, went to be with Jesus on September 13, 2025 with his loving wife by his side. Peter was born on February 23, 1962 in Portland, Oregon to the late Bob and Elizabeth Crockett. He was very proud of being a fifth generation descendent of Davy Crockett.
After high school, Peter began his career as a long distance truck driver. He had over a million miles of driving in over twenty years working for Jeff Secrest of Landstar Trucking Company in Dover, Ohio. In 2002, Peter transitioned from driving to serving as a dispatcher at Landstar, retiring in 2010.
Outside of work, Peter's passion was triking. He loved to be out in nature riding with his wife Cindy and their dogs, enjoying the scenery and meeting up with other triking enthusiasts. Peter was active on triking forums and traveled to southern Ohio and Pennsylvania to ride with friends.
When he couldn't be outdoors, Peter loved gaming. He had fun playing Everquest and Fall Out with his brother and others in the gaming community.
Peter was loved by everyone he met. He was fun to be around and made friends easily. His favorite person to spend time with was his wife, Cindy. They met in 2002 and married on May 31, 2003 in Niagara Falls. For 22 years, they created memories and loved and supported one another.
Peter will be dearly missed by his wife, Cindy Crockett; brother, Thomas Crockett; and his faithful companions, Milo and Mindi.
Per Peter's request, cremation will take place and there will be no formal services.
