Peter Jordan passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, surrounded by his parents, John and Karen Jordan, and sister, Jacqueline Chisholm.
Peter lived his whole life in Marshfield, MA, graduating from Marshfield High School and attending Northeastern University, where he studied computer science. Many enjoyed Peter’s cooking in restaurants across the South Shore and eventually he ran his own kitchen as Head Chef at Polcari’s Bridgwaye Inn.
Peter will be remembered for his warm smile, sense of humor, and willingness to help others.
Peter was generous with his time, intelligent, and humble. As a child, he spent summers at Rexhame Beach with his cousins and friends.
In high school, Peter was a member of the band, where he played the clarinet. He had a close bond with his sister Jac; they were inseparable best friends. Peter was kind to everyone he knew and will be forever loved and missed by many.
