Peter Lyons Obituary
the Lord peacefully on March 7, 2026 surrounded by his family. Through his journey of 80
years beginning in Liverpool, England, July 22, 1945, he touched many lives with his wisdom,
humor and an unwavering devotion to his family. He will be greatly missed and forever loved.
Peter is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Linda, children Sonia Hayes (Dan Hayes),
Stephen Lyons (Jodie Lyons), and grandchildren Garrett Hayes, Ethan Hayes, Oliver Lyons,
Elliott Lyons who were the lights of his life. We extend our heartfelt sympathies to the family
and all who mourn Peter's departure.
A memorial service celebrating Peter's exceptional life will be held on Saturday, March 21,
2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Lake Mary, FL. We invite all who knew
and loved Peter to join us in honoring his memory.
In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to honor Peter by donning the color Red at his service to
celebrate his love and passion for Liverpool Football Club. This, we believe, would be the
best tribute to his extraordinary life.
A short reception will follow on site at Barge Hall following the ceremony.
