Irondequoit: Thursday, September 7, 2023 at age 94. Peter is survived by 3 nieces; Crysln Knowlden, Tracey Null, Kelley Gibson and, 2 nephews; Scott Raap and Curtis Raap
Peter was witty and charming with a sparkle in his very blue eyes. He was an art lover as well as being an artist himself. He had many good friends and was a good friend to many. A music lover, a veracious reader; The New Yorker being one of his favorites; a loyal subscriber for 40 plus years. As a world traveler, he experienced many unique and wonderful memories, collecting treasures from around the world. He had a very successful career working in Banking and Finance for 40 plus years. Peter would tell you he had a wonderful life.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 19th at 10:00 am at the Zen Center, 7 Arnold Park, Rochester, NY 14607. Inurnment at Irondequoit Cemetery.

Peter ended our last coherent conversation on Thursday 30 August by leaning up toward me (just like in the photo) and saying, "Be of good cheer!" A fixed memory.
