Peter John Power

I just found out tonight (March 7, 2023) that Peter Power died last July. I feel so bad that I did not know sooner. I send my heartfelt condolences to his wife, Karen, and his family. Peter painted our house inside and out and was always kind and helpful to us. My husband, Jim Sliker, died on January 15, 2022. I just feel so sad learning of Peter’s death.

Dear Karen and Bridget. So sorry to hear of Peter's passing. Fred enjoyed working with Peter and his crew in Cambridge so many years ago. Peter was such a blessing- giving Fred a job when we returned from that year in St. Croix when we were quite desperate. Fred learned so much and would proudly point out historical homes he had helped paint. He told humorous stories about that time including a woman that wanted the same color of paint for her home that the guys had mixed several paints together I believe as a primer- so they made up a mix and called it Salmon Sunset- she loved it. Peter and Fred are now enjoying each other's company and telling those stories in Heaven. Much love coming your way. Wibby Swedberg, & Kristine & family.
