Peter Rosato Obituary
He is survived by his sisters Patricia A. Bass and Linda C. Dixon of Ohio, his nephews Christpher Bates and wife Jean of Somerville NJ, Lucas Hajak of Rockland WI and niece Gina Duffin of Reno NV. Great nephews Connor, Michael, Alex, great niece Kimberly and his cousin Gary.
He graduated Somerville High School and was a life long friend to many who knew him. Especially Peter and Melanie Szilagyi of Somerville NJ and Frank and Susan Tozzi of Hillsborough NJ.
He was employed at Bridgewater Raritan Board of Education until his retirement in 2025.
A memorial service will be held in the spring with information to be determined. He loved all animals, the cat that he picked up off the street and loved for years, the horses that he fed at Duke Farms and the Siberian Husky, Montana that he loved to tease. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Somerset Regional Animal Shelter, Bridgewater NJ.
Peter was a great brother, wonderful friend and will be remembered by " a trail of fairy dust filled with particles of memories of our imagination ".
You are very much loved and will be missed.
