Peter Trynkiewicz

Obituary for Peter W. Trynkiewicz , age 58, of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 20, 2014, with his loving wife at his side. He was the son of the late Marion and Anna Trynkiewicz . Peter was the husband of Betty Hanson Trynkiewicz. They were married on July 17, 1999. He was the father of Peter Trynkiewicz and Melissa Trynkiewicz, and step-father of Rebecca Tone, John Taylor, Jr. and Robert Taylor. He is also survived by his cousin Bob Lutz and 14 grand-children including Stephanie Trynkiewicz, who lived with Pete and shared a special bond. Mr. Trynkiewicz was employed at the Stroehmann bakery doing maintenance work for over 30 years, until his retirement in 2008. He was a former member of Goodwill Fire Co., Swedeland Volunteer Fire Co. and Swedesburg Volunteer Fire Co. He enjoyed watching Duck Dynasty in his spare time. Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service on Saturday, January 25, 2014, 10 a.m. at the Bernard S. Gutkowski Funeral Home, 305 Jefferson Street, Swedesburg, Pa., where they may call after 9 a.m. Interment will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery. Memorial donations may be sent to Sts.
