Petra Pacheco Loya was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on July 24, 1956, to Lorenzo A. and Carmen Nevarrez Pacheco.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carmen N. Pacheco and a granddaughter, Annalee Ravile Loya.
She is survived by her husband David Loya; a son Jose P. Loya and wife Charita; a daughter Leeanna P. Loya, all of Denver City, Texas; two grandchildren.
