Philip Hendrick Bavaro

BAVARO, Philip Hendrick, 78, of Chesterfield, Va., departed his earthly life to be with his heavenly Father on June 2, 2022. He was preceded in death by his mother, Grace H. Dungee. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his faithful and loving wife of 57 years, Brenda; his sons, Jeffrey (Sandy) and Jason (Michelle); and grandchildren, Kayla Marie, Sean and Dalton Bavaro, whom he loved dearly, and was known as Paw Paw to them. He served his country in the Army National Guard, followed by many years working in heating and air conditioning and retiring from Trane. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Road. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Chesterfield Baptist Church, 16520 Hull Street Road, Moseley, Va., with visitation to precede one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chesterfield Baptist Church, Assets and Properties.
