Philip Chennault, 48, of Arthur City, passed away June 17, 2025 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 pm Saturday, June 28, 2025 in Powderly Gospel Lighthouse with Rev. Chris Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in the Knights of Honor Cemetery with Matt Andrew, Danny Guess, Shawn Johnson, Cruz Chennault, Allen McCool, Tim Davis and Tim Sahz serving as pallbearers. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM Friday evening June 27, 2025 at the Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.

Philip was born on April 15, 1977 in Paris the son of Ricky and Sara McCool Chennault. He married Nessa Chennault on February 26, 2000 at the Blossom Church of God. He was owner for 28 yrs. of Paris Auto Connections PAC. He was a high school graduate and also attended Lincoln Tech. He attended Blossom Church of God with his grandmother in his earlier years and had been attending Powderly Gospel Lighthouse.

He was preceded in death by parents, grandparents, Robert and Lemmie Chennault, Sarah and Earnest McCool, aunt, Vickie Covington and cousin, Suzanna Landers.

Survivors are his spouse, Nessa Chennault, children, Philicity Chennault, Nelissa Chennault, and Cruz Chennault and a brother, Chris Green, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
