Lisa was born in Paris, Texas on May 25, 1961 to Ray and Laverne Hutchings Moore. Left to cherish her memories are, her son, Mike Downey and wife Claudia; grandchildren, Maya Downey and Preston Downey; her aunt, Alta Davidson; uncle, Mac Hutchings; numerous other family members; and her fur babies, that she loved so dearly, Lexie and Charlie. She was preceded in death by her mother, Laverne Profitt; and father, Ray Moore..
