Philip Cuchiaro Jr., "Uncle Phil," died February 13, 2026. He was a husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend to many.

Phil was born in Somerville, raised in Bridgewater, NJ and resided in Whitehouse Station since 1999. Phil was a 1959 graduate of Somerville High School. He had his own construction business for over 35 years. Phil enjoyed his passion for motorcycles, travelling the country, Ford Broncos and cutting his grass on his farm. He was a member of the Somerville Elks BPOE 1068. Everyone knew him as Uncle Phil. His dogs were always by his side. He loved to cook and entertain. May his memory bring comfort to all who were touched by his life.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Deanna Lyn Brown Cuchiaro, two sisters, Lorraine and Jean, three daughters, Betty, Debbie and Dena, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a great-great grandchild.

Life celebration services on the farm will be held at a later date. Arrangements and cremation are private under the care and direction of Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home, 111 N. Gaston Ave, Somerville, NJ.

Donations can be made to Bracco Italiano Club of America rescue at John Kavalier, BICA Treasurer, PO BOX 251, Toledo, IA 52342. You are encouraged to visit Phil's permanent life celebration site at www.brucecvanarsdalefuneralhome.com to leave messages of condolence, share words of comfort and recollection, and post photographs of his life.
